Hi Everyone-
I got my Pitman Arm and Tierods all off finally. All my new tierods and centerlink are ready to be installed, yet the new Idler Arm is titled about 15degrees off from center. It's weird cause everything should bolt up just right. Of course, it never works that way. Anyway, I need some advice on this one too. Im going to try to bolt the centerlink to the Idler Arm, then to the Pitman Arm, and then bolt the Idler Arm to the frame last(instead of first) and see torquing it down to the frame will straiten it out. TIA

Bolt the idler to the frame, put the new zerk into it, shoot it full of grease and move it whatever direction you need to in order to get it connected to the centerlink. Once you shoot it full of grease it's safe to spin it, and it's not that hard to move (read that as "if my skinny ass can move it, anybody can")
