Hey Ed, Dan, Harvey, Robert, or any other BOD member - Who should I contact to check the status of my membership? I renewed my membership last month via the website and ordered some merchandise at the same time. I have received the merchandise but have not heard any word about my membership renewal.

Contact Harvey at the toll-free, but you should be good to go. Did you recieve your updated name badge (showing new expiration date)?

For whatever reason, the data base, current as of August 11, does not show you as having renewed.

I suggest you talk to Harvey or Mandi on the club toll-free line, 1-866-ISSCA4U--you may have to wait until Monday.

Hi Bill. :D

I called today and talked to Mandi. She Told me that Harvey is out of town but will have him call me Monday. Thanks for checking. I suspected that something had gone askew. I checked and the charge for the merchandise came through but the renewal charge never did. Right now I just want to make sure I keep my member number.

I just wanted to say "Thank you" to Ed and Bill for your help and to Harvey for his assistance in getting my membership straightened out. I wish dealing with other national organizations was as easy as dealing with ISSCA. Harvey called me on Monday as promised and had my problem straightened out in the blink of an eye. I received my new membership card in the mail today :D
(that's just 3 days after talking to him). I'm impressed.
