ISSCA 2017 NATS - Now GO FOR LAUNCH!
To my fellow B-Body fanatics,
Today is an exciting day for ISSCA as we are GO FOR LAUNCH for the 2017 ISSCA Nationals. I recently signed and mailed Putnam Park the contract for the Nats in Indianapolis so it’s official, we are now booked in at the great Putnam Park (previous site of the 2006 ISSCA Nationals)! Not only that, but the ISSCA website is now live for registration for the 2017 Nats. You can go to the ISSCA site at www.issca.org and follow the links to register for Nats or you can go directly to Nationals registration at http://issca.org/2017-nationals-indy/. If you have trouble using Internet Explorer, please try another browser such as Google Chrome to access the ISSCA website.
The 2017 Nationals will be another fantastic event with a world class road course at Putnam Park, autocrossing and drag racing at Lucas Oil Dragstrip (an NHRA track), and back by popular demand another INDOOR air conditioned car show/stereo sound off and awards banquet.
The schedule for the ISSCA 2017 Nationals will be as follows:
Wednesday, July 26th – Event Registration and Check-In. Also setting up a dyno/tune day.
Thursday, July 27th – Road Racing at Putnam Park www.putnampark.com
Friday, July 28th – Autocross (AM) and Drag Racing (PM) at Lucas Oil Dragstrip, an NHRA track http://www.lucasoilraceway.com/
Saturday, July 29th – INDOOR Air Conditioned Car Show/Stereo Sound-off and ISSCA Awards Banquet. Also another possible dyno/tune day we are working on.
The last Nats in Indy was epic, and we are not only recreating the magic but we have upped the ante with the indoor air-conditioned car show. Space may be limited inside if we get a lot of cars, so indoor parking in the nice cool air conditioning will be on a first registered basis. We are so excited to be back in Indy and we can’t wait for July to roll around.
