Come take out some of the top contenders of the FASTHCHIP CUP Championship. Get your photo in GMHTP mag possibly. See the BlackWolf run 11's all natural and 10's with nitrous.

Joe, glad to hear you maybe racing,
even thou I like to hear your candid commintary from the tower it must be hard to be up there and not behind the wheel.
And it sounds like Karl wants lots of cars and experienced drives to take out the top contenders and mix up the points.

Just remember Karl, it could backfire!!

But I am confident I will get paired up with one of the top ten right off. :D I am looking for a real drag out fight every round with .00x RT's and running your dial within .00x

So let me just put it this way, to all the racers who attend ETOWN for the final double point race.....
If you think you got what it takes to line up againest;
Jeff Diener, Sylver, Brian Herter, Dan Fahey, Karl Ellwein, Mike Kender, Shipley, Rob Hamilton, Fred Gramby or the current 2004 champ Bill and a whole host of other ECIRS racers, then come one come all and I will be very happy to watch you take them out first round! :D

Good post Joe and Bar
That's right. I dare anyone to take out one of the Championship contenders!! hehehe.
Joe you should very much get in the race. We love your commentary but your butt is better seated in an Impala SS.

:D I'd love to be racing in the ECIRS race but if I'm racing on the 19th I won't be "legal" for the ECIRS class... I'll be racing whatever else is going on. I'll either be in the 79 Z28 with the carb'd LT1 or a Caprice with a uh....non LT1 engine. ;)
G
Uh Joe...you don't need an LT1 to race ECIRS. See my sig. Or just go look over at Cartek.
G
I hope to be there with the wagon. Ran consistent 14.9's in July w/3.42's. Now w/3.73's, right gas, & lower temps, I can see 14.5! Don't forget, I've got a 400lb. handicap.
G
Can d-bodies come too??? I'll be there hopefully...

Every D body is welcome as long as it looks good and is fast, (and is 94 to 96).
Wagons are welcome too with same criteria.

I coulda swore an LT1 (L99) was part of the criteria for the ECIRS. I forgot about the 502 for a minute....

Joe, you are correct, the LT1 is a criteria. But it's been overlooked. The idea being we want the cars to look good and run fast or in other words I'd like to encourage that you look good while going fast. An even bigger motor would be even better. But going 18's in the 1/4 is really for the ford guys.

That's 400lbs of extra consistency, buddy! :D My wagon took me all the way to the semi-finals in its first outing! And if you've still got the mechanical fan, your temps stay very stable between rounds.

I'm hoping to make it too. I have no excuse, as I have two operational b-body cars.

I hope to see a 13.xx run I ran a 14.16 in July. I'm gonna change the plugs and install my rear air bags and I have a set of drag radials to throw on there too (ran my 14.1 on my 18's) :D

Hmmm...I might sneak in a run or two...

You never know this time of year.
If Snow will start falling out of the Sky in Upstate New York.
All season tires do not cut it.

My Son Mike and I,
Will be there to see who will make the top 10.
Crowned the Champion.

Well worth the 7 hour round trip and leaving 5 am to be with you all.

Hey John, bummer you won't be racing but good that you'll be there. Maybe you can take a bunch of photos?

I'm getting my green car ready for racing. Going to MIR testntune in an hour or so. Practice practice practice.

Karl,
Digital Camera is on our families Christmas list.
Then the kids will have to show Dad how to use it.

I Would love to Race.
I don't trust banging on this High Mileaged Lt1 right now.
It's has to get me back and forth to work this winter.

Reconditioner _ I can't wait to see your car in person - your sig photos always have me drooling especially the wagon!

John - I'll bring my camera show you how to use it- very easy - then I can e-mail all the pics to DW.
Nick should be there too!

No snow/salt no snow/salt no snow/salt no snow/salt no snow/salt.

Dave, the wagon is just odd, what would make you drool more would be my '75 Grandville Brougham 455 conv. 3.23 posi car in triple black with 26,000 miles, seeing as you're also a Pontiac man. Had a Verdoro green/parchment buckets '68 Bonne 428/4spd 3.42 posi conv, eight lugs, hood-tach w/42K a ways back, as well as a '67 GP conv., Frank.
