I'd like to take the time to give Jason a thumbs up after talking with him on the phone the other day. More or less I just wanted to make this a public apology for "bashing" his customer service.

Jason's a nice cool guy to deal with. As for those Roadmaster Bumpers we're going to work something out.


I think if you guys have a problem, he seems a lot easier to reach on the telephone
