The 1996 FSM (yes, the same FSM that thinks a 9 meter range is realistic) is a bit ambiguous on this. Anyone know for sure if it is possible to have more than 2 remotes programmed at a time for the keyless entry system? So could I have 3 remotes set up for the vehicle, or is 2 the limit?

I assume they all would need to be programmed at once, as per the FSM procedure.

From 29ft away, put the fob under the soft void under your tongue before you press a button.
If 29ft is still too far for a response, replace the batteries.
