So, my drivers and passenger front seats are getting pretty bad I went to a shop and was told they could cut the middle area out and add a fake leather that would be better for 400 dollars. I looked online for the leather skins for my Caprice but couldn't find any, does anyone how any other suggestions that isn't so high?
I would hit the junk yards and 1. look for a set of Roadmaster sedan seats. They will bolt right in, including the rear seat. Or, 2. Replace the front seats with Bonneville seats. This is also an easy install. Both options are a big improvement over Caprice seats.
Only the standard RM seats will bolt in. The Limited style seats require the track, and may have different wiring requirements. The sedan rear seat will not fit the wagon, and vice versa.
