I searched but didnt find answer. Is it possible to r&r lower ball joints at home? without hyd,press. THX. Kent.

Yeah You'll need to buy/rent balljoint puller/installer from auto store. But a press is not needed.

I did it in my garage by myself, without power tools, just the BJ tool from AZ and the basic tools, and a long metal pipe that helps to put in more torque on the tool(you'll need some muscle for that)... took me a while to figure it out because the instructions were not clear enough but it got the job done.

THX for the info! The puller AZ had wasnt the correct one so I cut theshaft down, supported the CA an beat em out! Hell it worked. Now I'm on to the bushings, got the lower's out but am stuck on the upper bushing. Any idea,s? THX again!
