I have a 94' Caprice LS. It's sitting on 22" wheels with the 265/35/22 tire. It has the stock 9C1 suspension, which is a little high than regualr Caprces & Impalas. I wanna lower it a few inches and maybe tuck a little bit of the tire, but I don't want to run into a bunch of rubbing issues. Can anyone tell me what size drop to use or post some pics of Caprices lowered on 22's. I want to use the Sprint 2" Drop Coil Springs, but like I said, I don't want to drop it too much to where I start rubbing on ever bump & turn. -Thanks for any help given...

I have a 94 Caprice LS too on 22s. i want to lower it as well i am looking at either a 1.5 or 2 inch drop. my tire size is 255/30/22 and my rims are 22x8.5 as they are 180 spokes. anyone have any suggestions? i want it to look good but no rubbing or problems at all! thanks

I would go with Intrax, Sprints just look like they drop the car so much that there would be a clearance issue. Here's my 94 on intrax springs with 255/35 20 tires. I'm almost 100% positive i could just slap a set of 22's with 265/35 tires on without changing anything.

I think i might just go with the Hotchkis 1" drop kit. They are just 1" shorter than stock Caprice springs right? are they any good does anyone know? I'd rather not lower it as much than lower it too much and start running into rubbing problems.

I've got Eibachs 1.2/1.0 drop on my Impala. Car rides great however, my right front sagged so I get scraping.

Shouldn't have any problems however, never buy Eibachs. They suck
