The MAF sensors are finely calibrated. You have to buy one as a unit in order to get correct readings from it, and to take advantage of a bigger than stock one you need to have the computer reprogrammed.

The housing will fit the B-Body sensor but as Stoney says the calibration will be off. I've tried a variety of MAF's, MAF ends and electronics in a combinations. Unless you have the PCM calibrated for the MAF you are running it will run good for about two days then it will run way richer than stock at WOT and generally richer pretty much every where else as well.

Stick with stock unless you can have some one like Bryan Herter program your PCM for you.
