I NEED the rh radiator hose has steel tube section near the fan designed to prevent damage in case of fan contact.

I looked on RockAuto's web site and it appears that the metal portion of the hose is not available. Did you try a GM dealer?

If you can get an old one out of the JY, I am sure you can re-use the metal section and just replace the hose section.
