Hey guys, what yrs and models of the Benz mirrors mod are you running? I've looked through the Lil Ron thread but it isn't specific to the models that those lights come from.

There are two styles one clear lense the other was sort of a frosted lens look.

Maybe I'm overzealous with my thinking but this isn't something that appears to be overly complicated. A cut off wheel, some glass filler, and a steady hand seem to be the keys to success for this mod.

Cut and epoxy in , Giant pain in the A$$

Was the difficult part you faced more or less making the cut or using the epoxy to sit it flush?

The cutting and epoxy was easy for me. The hard part was making the ends look and fit good on the mirror side .

I can understand that.I will be attempting this soon within the next couple of wks so I may be reaching out for some help. It's definitely a favorable mod.

I'm just waiting on my lights to come in. What type of epoxy did u use

Got my lights in today but it's just the lense assembly. There are no pig tails for the wires. Any ideas where I could get pig tails or making some so I can get power to the lights

I had little Ron cut them in a few years ago.But I never had them painted till recently.My painter who is doing my car said they were very rough,and needed a lot of work.
