It's a bitch to change them with headers on the car I would go ahead and change them out.

You'll have to pull the spark plugs anyway while you swap the exhaust. If it were me, I'd measure the gaps and check the edges; if the gaps are still around 0.050" and the edges are sharp (better spark formation happens with sharp edges on the electrodes, but they get rounded off by spark erosion over time) then I'd put them back in and save your money for something else.
