Missing Sway Bar Certificate

SSONIC won the free sway bar at the ISSCA raffle and is putting it on the blue racer for my birthday present this month. Unfortunately, we can't find the certificate anywhere. I'm hoping it didn't get lost with all the excitement we had going home from the Nationals. He said he put it in the bag we were given by ISSCA when we first arrived. Can everyone check their bag and see if it ended up in your bag by mistake. I would so appreciate it because I want my birthday present.
