Just a note to let y'all know I am very happy with this coil spring (and "Boxy" Bilstein shocks) in the front of my '95 Cap wgn. Firm but not jarring, much better control than stock.
When I bought these springs almost a year ago, the listing I found was for a '78 Olds 88 with 350 Diesel engine, and A/C. here are the specs:
Spr # Moog 6446
Inside Dia 4.03
Bar Dia 0.765
Install Height 10
Load rate (lbs) 3325
Spring Rate (Lbs/in.) 514
Free Height 16.77
After installed and settled, about 1.5 coils had to be removed (about 2 inches). Fender is now at 28" (with 255/45/18s). It could be lower, but I like it as is. It looks "right" to me, and better matches the stock height rear.
