Karl, it may just be that those three ugly mugs just scared the hell outta the poor guy that was writing. ;) I know that whenever I see that Chris Malbora guy I have to warn friends to avert their eyes so they don't get turned to stone or nuthin.

Rob, here's the FIRST 1/4 results. Next race? Maybe Aug. 7th. Gonna have to come up and see if BK can still get his head in his Impala after winning BOI. :D

And I was lookin for some Kendal oil to take home. Can't find it in GA anywhere.

You could be right Gene. The girl typing may have had to close her eyes while typing those 3, (and she's uses the hunt and pick method of typing).

So did ya'll notice the 1st round race between Chris and Big Daddy? That looks like the closest finish line of all the heads up racing.

Well, at least I figured out who Nabil Gaffey was and also Fred Gapmri. Chris Malbora just didn't ring a bell.

If the track got Rafteseth correct, how come they didn't get Mallory or Gramby or Guffey correct? I know the answer. It's penmanship.

Karl
The funny thing is they got my name right and my hand writing sucks.

But yes that race between Chris and John was damn close. I saw it as it happend and Chris nailed him out of the hole John just barley caught him on the big end.
G
Mike, you were Michael Casiho from whackoff NJ

I wasn't going to print that.

Why is that? Me and my head seemed to fit in the Impala just fine after all the other stuff I have won. You know, the five ECIRS event wins, the Championship last year, etc etc. Try and act like you've been there before, ya know? Oh wait...the Meef stable never actually won anything in the Impala community except the Internet Yakking Award.

Remember Gene-O, many are called, few are chosen! Not everyone gets to be the Big Kahuna, but God Bless you for trying! Jealousy ain't pretty my friend.

Mike from Whackoff! Hahaha, ain't that the truth!
G
Seriously though Gene-O, congrats on your passes. It must be a big relief. I hope you enjoy your car as much as I am enjoying mine.

I think I had the fastest non-trailered car at E-Town and at MM, and that is always my goal. You and I can battle it out for fastest REAL STREET cars!

It's also good to know that there is someone out there with a heavier car than me! I am a puny 4664 on the scales! Hahahaha!

Thanks Karl :D

I guess I should start putting Charlotte down on the tech cards.

Dean! How much do I owe ya???

AND A BIG CONGRATS ON THE WINS!!!!!!
Yep, that was me. I wish there would've been more time to hang out with everyone on Monday, but my wife and I were going nuts spiffin' and shinin' the cars. The oil was $24 - don't worry about sending me the money - I'll catch up to you at one of the ECIRS events later this year...now that I got a little taste of racing I'M HOOKED! :D

I'm glad to hear that you're getting the house back in order, and hey, that time slip ain't too shaby either.

Thanks for the props!

I sure did :D ! You had me on the edge of my seat, that's for sure. I enjoyed the hell out of it though - one of the highlights of my week (my wife feels differently, for some reason
). I really appreciate you letting me ride shotgun with ya. I have a few pic's of your run - I'll be uploading them soon.

Yeah and that leisurely ride scared the **** out of the poor guy...
It'd be tough to argue that statement, but I'll say this - that ride REALLY made me want to go back, not listen to my wife, and decide to run myself
.

Thanks again for the slicks Rob... [/QB]</font>[/QUOTE]Glad to be of help Noel, least I could do for all the trouble you have had. Glad they worked for ya. It was good to see you again, glad you decided to make it out after all.

Oh yeah, they were ET Drags not Streets. I ran the ET Streets.
G
sorry Rusty...you were right there with me bro!
G
It's a deal, Dean.

Thanks, Bill. And I was just kiddin ya bout the head thing (I know you got a sun roof, right? ;) )

Rus, can't wait for us to get a chance to enjoy some Carolina air at the track. Soon. Real soon.
G
I wasn't hooking too well. I had a handful a few times, but I do have to work on the suspension some more on the car.
G
I had no hope for traction with the ET Street Drag Radials. Thanks to Kai for loaning me his MT ET Drags, otherwise I would have been a half second slower.

In all I had a good time. I drove my street car to the track, changed tires, uncapped the mufflers and ripped off some good low times. Then changed tires and drove it back to the Poconos in the pouring rain.
G
I haven't had a chance to ask you much stump as things have been busy. How is the driveability on your setup? It sounds great with that cam.
Bryan
G
Bryan, the drivability isn't quite what I want but it's not too bad. It needs some work on the tranny tables to unlock the TCC at lower RPM/TPS. It also has an annoying buck with the TCC locked between 55 and 60 MPH. I suspect that is due to cam surge at low throttle opening. The engine really loves to rev and hates to idle. Thankfully I have the TCC unlock switch, which I use most of the time when I'm not on the highway.
