I went for an alignment at my local tuffy where I have a lifetime alignment deal. My man had to throw the torch on the sleeves to get em loose. He did that the last time too!
Why do they freeze up like that?
I have the Global West Tie Rod Sleeves.
I think that the Hotchkis and Global sleeves are the same, RIGHT?

Well at least the car is driving straight again. Too bad my wife daily driving the Imp is gonna mess up that again. She aims for potholes in the road and stops like a NASCAR driver trying to avoid a pileup.

Use some anti-sieze on them, sounds like they are rusting to the tierods.

Nope. They are the same "type" design, but the GW ones are anodized while the Hotchkis ones are black powdercoated.
