you dont wanna spend a ton of money? the flowtech afterburners are probably your best option. they are gonna require some work but there are a few options available from clear image for things like cats, etc.
you dont wanna spend a ton of money? the flowtech afterburners are probably your best option. they are gonna require some work but there are a few options available from clear image for things like cats, etc.I need a set of headers to complete my 383 so I can finally install it ! The Pomona Auto Swap meet is this weekend, one of the biggest around... What should I look for ? Don't want to spend a ton of dough ($450 +) on headers ? I would like to keep it smog legal, but if I can't, then I'll deal with that as long as they are good headers with minimal fitment issues. If long tubes are recommended, what do I put in place of the cats ? Help me out guys ...
Interested ....So what type of work will they require ?you dont wanna spend a ton of money? the flowtech afterburners are probably your best option. they are gonna require some work but there are a few options available from clear image for things like cats, etc.
I'm not installing the motor by this weekend, I'm simply trying to find the right setup / options before I go to the Swap meet on Sunday and possibly spend more than I should OR get something I shouldn't . If I had the right direction for the right parts, I will purchase them right now and hopefully install all within the next few weeks. You are not going to have it ready for the weekend.Yu are better off to put the stock manifolds on, and read up on the long tube header options. "Cheap", and "no fitment issues" don't go together.
Any way you can send parts needed pics to me ? [email protected]I have the ABs installed and have a bunch of pics in the thread I posted and plenty more on my hard drive.
