Wow. That must be pretty rare.

I don't know of a conversion kit. I think your best bet will be to just install the correct parts.

I have two brand new front window motors that I could sell you. I could also provide the switches, etc.

I can get good regulators, switch panels (maybe the right color), but you will need the interior wiring harness (interior cross car harness). The windows are interconnected to the driver's side front panel. Do you have electric seats as most of the driver side panels with power windows have power seats as well. I may have a panel without the power seat switches.

Where are you located and what color is your car?

It might make sense to just replace the doors whole.

In that case, it sounds like it doesn't matter what color the door is. That will be your cheapest and easiest option.

You could grab doors from a junkyard, or I could ship you some doors.

Then, you can turn around and sell your current doors to get some of your money back.

I'd just buy a cheap donor car or go to junkyard pull the needed harnesses,especially if you have a rust free car.

Yes,manual windows means no extra cost option group.Pretty rare,especially on 96 civi Caprice.

I can ship a complete door with glass and everything for like $150 altogether.

Shipping 4 doors will be pricey. They will be cheap if you get them yourself at a junkyard.

I can definitely sell you the wiring harness and the new motors/regulators, though.

Rare indeed. I wonder if it's a 9C1 (or 9C6?). There are other clues in this thread... such as white paint... kinda makes me wonder if it's 9C1.

I've seen manual windows more often on 9C1 cars, I never knew it was even an option on civvy cars. And I would even find it more rare that someone would special order a civvy car with the no cost option group. Even the base civvy cars on lots always had power windows. It was something more common to fleet orders.

Could be fleet order cars.But I have seen one each a 95 and 96 civi Caprice with manual windows. I've seen more 91-92 with manual windows than 94-96 era.
