My front right tire blew and my front swaybar snapped at the frame mount. I'm not shure which caused the other but now I'm screwed. :( Any suggestions on removing a broken one, reasons it may have broke, and tips on finding a good used one.

Thanks,
Chris :(

Replace all four bolts that hold the swaybar brackets to the frame (GM part#15959689). The holes will strip if you reuse your old bolts! GM will soak you about $3.50 per bolt.

Also replace the old rubber bushings with poly.

When you attach your new bar, loosly attach your end links first, then swing the bar up to the frame and attach the brackets.

Tork brackets to 24 foot pounds and end links to 15 to 18 foot pounds.

Good luck finding a bar.
