How ya’ll doing? I am wanting to upgrade my fuel rail system & I have the joint that’s in the picture below 👇🏿… my question is if I wanted to upgrade my injectors, what kind could I get without having to anything but plug & run.
Any information, links, comments etc. are gratefully appreciated.

Can I assume this was a purely cosmetic upgrade?
(I needed 1050cc/min injectors for my Impala set up, but I am successfully using the stock fuel rails)

Technically, I bet there exists a set of E85-ready fuel injectors that one COULD plug&play.
I don't care to know which ones they are though - best results always come from properly characterized injectors.

Simplest plug&play answer would seem to be cleaned and/or rebuilt OE replacement injectors, since the pcm is already for injectors that behave as expected.

You could even improve their performance by adding an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and then up the fuel pressure from 3bar / 43.5psi up to 4bar / 58psi.
The pcm does not NEED to be told about the fuel pressure increase; it will eventually learn to compensate somewhat, but it will take time, and is not how things are meant to be done.

Again, best results always come when the pcm knows exactly what's what.

I realize you said "not NEED"
So it keeps pulling fuel and jacking around the BLMs, everything runs " ok" , you hit PE and a stock cal ignores the BLM if it was pulling fuel and the car goes rich. Should say RICHER as the stock PE fueling is too rich to start with.
Sure you can lock the BLM in PE but if you have that capability , you have the ability to deal with pressure or injector changes properly .

As in, whether or not it's an opinion, your statements happen to line up with FACT.

MULEDAWG wants plug&play?
Is there an E85-capable set of upgrade injectors that act exactly like, and yet ALSO outperform OE LT1 injectors?
If there is, then maybe a set of those qualify as plug&play?

That said:
precise prior programming for pressure and/or injector changes provides proper performance.

I'd imagine a set of L9H / L94 injectors would outperform mid90s LT1 injectors for a fair price - but I'd not guarantee that without programming for them.

E85 uses about 70% more fuel than 10% ethanol, so you need injectors to supply that amount of fuel.

Alcohol has about half of the energy content of gasoline, so you must flow a lot more fuel. Your injectors must have about twice the flow rate as those for gasoline.

I am not questioning E85 requires more fuel , it's your numbers.

If you are already at the ceiling with your injectors going Non ethanol gas to E85 gas , injector sizing typicaly goes up 40 something percent .
E10 to E85 would be less
If your injectors were not near their limit to start with , your increase would not need to be as much either.
