Thank you Rick, Noel, and everyone else who has stepped in to help out over the last couple weeks. I have not been on here much the last few weeks so it is possible I missed some posts while trying to get caught up this morning. Sorry if I missed yours and don’t mention it here. Yes, there have been some big changes in my life the last few weeks that ISSCA is starting to see the results of. Sorry, I should have posted something a couple weeks ago to let you all know about the office hour changes. As Noel and Rick have stated, I have changed my daytime job and am no longer able to be in the ISSCA headquarters during the day. This means the thing that will suffer the most is phone coverage. Rick and I are trying to figure something else out to help with that. One of those is making me available to you all today. Yes, Rick is right I took a couple days off this weekend to tend to something else. However, this is the last chance for me to be in the office during the day before we turn off early registration, and in ISSCA's best interest I feel it is more important right now. For that reason, I will be in the office today from 1-5pm, central time, in which I will be returning all phone calls that have not already been returned as well as answering the office phone. If you are having trouble with the website or registration, please let me know. You can send me an email, pm or call me at the office.

During the week I will be getting in the office between 7 pm and 8 pm, central time. I will leave anywhere between 10 pm and 2 am (central time) – depending on what is going on and energy level. Please be patient when trying to get a hold of me. I will get back to each and everyone of you as soon as I possibly can (and within reasonable hours). I am trying to return all emails, with some kind of response, within 24 hours of receiving them. I can answer those in the ISSCA office and at home. If you don’t get a response please send me a pm as I am occasionally having trouble sending and possibly receiving emails.

As for phone calls, if I am in the office I will answer the phone. However, I will try not to return phone calls after 8:30 pm (central time) due to the time change throughout the country (sorry this does mean that some of you may be receiving a call from me at 9:30 at night.) The only way I will respond to a phone message after that time is if you leave a message stating that it is OK to call you until a certain time (please leave the time zone so that I can take that into account). Also, Rick has lined up someone to help return phone messages in a timely fashion. Just please be aware that your call won’t be returned until the next day at the earliest. Please trust me that someone will get back to you as soon as they possibly can. As you can see, emails and pm’s are the best ways to communicate with me.

May 31st is the last day for early registration – however as Rick has mentioned before – if you contact me or another director somehow between now and the 31st then we will get you registered and in the drawing. We are all trying to work with you as much as possible.

I hope this helps out in answering the question of “what is going on at ISSCA headquarters”. Hope to see you all in St. Louis.
