I submitted my online paid membership last week but haven't heard anything. Not sure what happens once the membership is submitted. That said, I was reading some of the benefits:

C. Website

1. Up to date, full dynamic
2. Member's car of the month
3. Top quality photos and features
4. Members bulletin board
5. Mod evaluation area
6. Forum

Where can I find all of these places, such as the BB, mod evaluation area, and forum, on the ISSCA website? I didn't see a link for any of those?

Welcome to ISSCA! It takes about two weeks to receive the new member packet with your first issue of Impala SScene and your membership card. Send me an e-mail direct if you have not received them in two weeks. Hope you sign up for Vegas SShowdown! Here are the answers to your questions in the order you asked them: (To find these, first, go to the main ISSCA page at http://www.goissca.org/)

1. Up to date, full dynamic-The ISSCA website is kept current with all new rules and class information on the car shows, drag racing, autocross and road racing. Click on “Racing” to see the latest. The last Quarterly Board meeting is published on line and is available by clicking on “BoD Mtg Min”. If you click on “By-Laws” you will find all previous meeting minutes posted. These are all up to date and complete for all members to view.
2. Member's car of the month-This is published in the Impala SScene, which is published for ISSCA members bi-monthly. You may also purchase back copies.
3. Top quality photos and features- The features and photos are published in the Impala SScene, which is published for ISSCA members bi-monthly. In addition, you will also find the photos from the Tulsa Roundup (2003 ISSCA Nationals) by clicking on “SScenes From the First ISSCA Nationals”. There are hundreds of top quality photos.
4. Members bulletin board. If you go to the ImpalaSSforum.com (http://www.impalassforum.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?action=intro) you will see the bulletin board in the middle of the forum. There are sections where you posted this as well as for racing, car show, Impala SScene and miscellaneous.
5. Mod evaluation area-Go to http://www.goissca.org, then click on “Car Shows and Events” and see Car Show FAQ and Car Show Classification and Judging Rules. ISSCA’s Best of the Best is also under here. Just click on it.
6. Forum- http://www.impalassforum.com/

My package arrived last week. Thanks.

For what it's worth, I'd edit the website info. It leads one to believe that under Benefits section II.C. that items 1 through 6 are available on the website when in fact only 1 and 5 are available on the www.goissca.org site. You should remove #2 and 3 altogether (or move them to Magazine Section I) since they're only available via the magazine and not the website. You should link the ISSCA forum here next to #4. BTW, it's not really a benefit since anyone that's registered here can read and post. This would also apply to #6 as well.

Thanks again and keep up the great work. Dave's car was a great spread. Had he gotten that 502 you could've done another one on him for the next issue.

Thanks Dave. Also, someone may want to take a look at the ISSCA Car Show FAQ. Question 3, shows a different mod number (20 and 30) for the classes than does the Car Show Classifications & Judging Rules page (25 and 45).

Bob,
We ought to use you as our proof reader! The rules changed in 2003 to permit more mods per class. It helps in the judging as well as recoginzing the number of mods on typical cars. The rules are correct, but we did not catch the FAQ's. They will be updated tonight.
Thanks,

NP. Being new I'm probably the only one who really spends time reading them anymore.
