Hey everyone Im Dan, not an Impala owner yet. But hopefully soon. Came here to gather info, etc currently have a v wagon, jeep srt 8 (wifes) and a 92 foxbody mustang drag car, hoping to pick up an imapal and turn it into a mean street beast. From the northern chicago burbs, proud father of the best 1 year old boy a guy can ask for, well looking forward to learning more about these cars and talking with all of you, all the best...

Welcome. Once you get your b-body you need to hook up with Chicago INC. I'm part of it myself but live in the SW burbs out by Naperville. There are a lot of cool guys in the city that love these cars and might be able to point you i the direction of one if you haven't located it yourself.

Thanks! Yeah I have a motor to drop into it just no car! Haha im trying to get rid if my racecar before I buy the Impala unless a smoking deal comes along the wife said I cant bring any more rides home unless one goes

I may have seen your V wagon before, what color is it? Did you ever come across me on 294 with my old Imola Yellow Audi S4 wagon?

The v wagon is white, i love the audi wagons, im trying to think if i came across yours on the highway but nothing comes to mind, ive come across a yellow s4 or s6 recently not sure which it was but it was a sedan and that was down waukegan rd...heres mine

Nice ta, i love the v, it is definitely one of the most fun cars ive ever owned, great car overall, easy and relatively cheap to mod compared to its german counterparts...
