Thanks man, just letting the shop do their thing.I have not had the chance to see or feel the door panels in person yet, I imagine a majority of the weight comes from the speakers though. The entire system, including trunk, we believe weighs in at about 800 and some odd pounds. Obviously that is alot of weight, but its about the same as having a few friends cruising in the car with you, cept now you get the kind of back seat driver you want. At this point the car is past driving it more then a few times a year point,so weight is of no concern anymore. I have plans and the ok from the wife to get another ss before years end do a build more geared toward performance and everyday livability.
Yeah, this car is definitely past driver status cwm2 The thought in my head is the weight of the door and the strength of the hinges and how they'll hold up but maybe the added weight isn't heavy enough for it to matter :) Looks good and the work looks top notch. That sumbish will be LOUD!!! :)

Still don't have exhaust and there is plenty to do in the engine bay, got some ideas for that...

Thanks man! The roof is now a sealed acrylic with the INC logo laser etched into it! Trim ring on top is a slick brushed aluminum trim ring..matches wheels dead on. We are not done yet though, engine bay is next and still need to wrap the kick panels.

Incredible on many levels. This is the first time I have ever seen speakers in the headliner. Crazy:D Maybe you posted and I missed it but how many speakers total? And if you are married I hope your wife never finds all of your receipts!cwm2

HAHAHA, thanks everyone, much appreciated! 14 Rockford punch pro 6.5 mids and 6 Rockford Punch Pro super tweeters, if you include the trunk lid speakers. And of course the 6 15" T1'S. JS Ultimate alts 300 amp alternator under the hood powering the audio,as well as 3 marine batteries. JVC KW-V40BT Double din for the source unit, which works in conjunction with a flash drive and the samsung tablet.

As for being married, yep,10 not bad years so far. My wife encouraged the build of the car and infact, made the final decision on not only the wheels but the choice to do the wall of subs. hahah. I Am very lucky! We just try and not talk about whats into the car, dollar wise, so far...haha.

stay tuned, more updates will come. Still have plenty to do, but at least its simple things from here on out.
