I just had a Pypes X pipe and 40 series Flowmasters with over the axel tail pipes installed.
The tail pipes exit just behind the back the rear wheels.
I had the cats deleted as well so I could get the real Flowmaster sound.
Wow what a performance gain. Maybe a new cat vs straight pipe doesn't change power but removing 2 that are a quarter of a century old sure does.
