Where I work, we build all sorts of heat exchanger, a/c condensers, oil coolers and radiators. The oil coolers we build are for OE equipment like John Deere, Arctic Cat ect. They are pretty small so I used some parts for a a/c condenser and cut down the extrusions and side channels. After it was furnace brazed I welded on some -6 fittings and brackets.

Got a temp gauge in the tranny so I will be able to keep a check on the fluids. Soon as the TC gets back from Edge, I'll get everything installed and see how it works.

so in this order i love the R1, your hood then that badass cooler!

Thanks. The SS has been very neglected. Not long after I got the R1, the tranny went out in the Imp, the bike is much faster and cheaper. Let it sit for over a year before I even pulled the tranny. Trying to do better know, tranny is built, waiting on the TC so I pulled the interior to redo it and gonna start prepping the for new paint.
