Anybody understand why NX will not sell any n2o kit with their new "45 degree pureflow bottle valve?" They advertise that their new bottle valve is the highest flowing available. BUT if you buy a kit you can't have the new valve! They will let you buy a kit with the old valve, but refuse to sell the 45 deg after the fact! I offered to pay outright for the new valve and throw the included valve in the trash, "NO!"
Sounds like false advertising to me. Can anyone explain this to me? Any vendors out there that won't take my money???

Just a guess, but the kits are probably based on -4AN lines and the basic valve can deliver more flow then the line can handle.

Yeah, I understand that my NX kit will function as intended, but why hype-up the new "awesome" valve but refuse to sell it? Actually, I like the angled valve for looks AND I really like that the gauge is threaded into the valve itself (not the adaptor fitting). This cleans up installation slightly and gives NX kits an advantage over NOS, Edelbrock, Zex, etc. I only want the product mfgs. to provide what they advertize and if problems arise, deal with them properly.

all vavles flow enough for any application, although the new vavle looks cool, we use #6an lines on our 10.5 outlaw car with old style not even high flow valves on 3 stages of nitrous adding up to about a 900hp shot of nitrous, of course we use almost 2 bottles per pass, only about 4 pounds left between both
