It would be easier to switch the regulators. Once you move them over, you need the cross car harness to connect them. You may also need the wire to the fuse block for power. I do not know if the wiring is included in the car for the power from the fuse block at breaker #2. You will have to remove the seats, and carpet to replace the cross car harness.

You need the entire mechanism. The manual ones do not have a provision for adding a motor. The cross car harness is easier than trying to rewire. I can get you one if you are interested. PM me and we can discuss it.

Keep it simple...change the regulators and remove and replace the entire harness. If you are missing any wires where you plug the harness in, run new ones to the proper fuse/breaker recepticle. Replacing the doors is just extra work. You are going to have to remove the interior panel to install the wiring no matter what. How hard is it to drill out some rivets, and pop some ball studs, vs removing a door, rehanging and realigning it? Do it 4 times, and you are done. The regulators can easily be done by one person, and you will probably need two to R&R the doors.
