Normal membership turn around time?

Sent check in Feb 10, CU says it cleared Feb 20, still no Issue #2 or membership info in mailbox. What's normal turnaround time or membership?

Not complaining, just asking. In a month I'll be complaining if I don't get anything.

I've received the second issue, thank you. Is there anything else, decal, certificate suitable for framing
