1996 SS. Shifts fine in OD until the sel comes driving on the highway(doesn't happen at regular city speeds), then bangs into gears. Turn car off, sel still on but shifts fine again. Reset SEL then drive in D, shifts fine all the time,even on the highway light never comes on. Any thoughts?

1. How did you reset the sel?
2. Where is the fix located in the Sticky? I can't locate it?
