Well after searching for awhile I finally picked up another B-body. It's a 95 9c1 that has been cloned into a DCM SS.

-22" Giovanni's with brand new tires
-Stock SS rims
-Full paint job including door jambs and trunk
-SS grill, spoiler, and emblems
-Smoked euro headlights with hids
-Smoked taillights
Wheel well trim shaved, front and rear
-Limo tint all around, including windshield
-Complete SS interior

Mods in the near future:

-Install all my billet items
-Paint headlight covers DCM and install
-Install headlight rubber seals
-Install bumper trim
-Powdercoat stock SS rims black
-Sprint lowering springs
-Exhaust
-Black out all chrome trim
-Smoothed and tinted 91-92 tails

Mods later down the road:

-Heads and cam plus supporting bolt-ons
-Swap rearend for disc brakes
-Clean, hard hitting system
-All black leather and suede interior

Well I spent some time tonight with the car. After taking a look at the SPID it turns out the car isn't a 9c1 but actually a B4U, equipped with the LT1 and POSI.

And here's some pics of the interior

Passenger door is perfect! The rest of the interior needs some work and a good cleaning, but it's a great start. Also need to figure out why my interior lights and power locks aren't working.

Engine bay definitely needs some attention

And here's the set of SS rims. Front rims have brand new 245/40/17 tires and I'll be looking to get 275/40/17 for the rear once I get them all powdercoated.

I haven't been able to spend much time with the car (less then an hour) as I just became an assistant manager at a brand new restaurant, but the parts are piling up!

Billet shifter and levers

Billet fuse relay cover

New plugs, need to order Taylor wires and brand new ACdelco opti

Chromed water pump cover, and billet Z28 overlay

INC plaque that will be painted DCM

Headlight covers from GN 1220, will also be painted DCM

LED Impala flood lights

INC license plate

And lastly, Mishimoto radiator hoses. Still not sure if I'm installing these

Does the VIN on the trunk match the VIN on the windshield? I've seen people swap trunklids and not swap the SPID sticker. Otherwise, looks nice. The rear seat looks like somebody may have swapped the cover at some point.

I feel like a Jr version of you lol. I've already got some other parts on the way ;)

I haven't been back with the car since I took those pics, but as you can see the vin was whited out on the SPID. But after comparing the codes to the actual car, I'm 99% sure that's the correct SPID. DCM paint, grey interior, mechanical fans etc etc.

Getting some work done this week.

Replacing faulty oil pressure switch
New plugs and wires
160 thermostat
New radiator hoses
Flushing coolant system, new oil and filter.
Replacing 22's with stock SS rims painted black
Installing billet "Leaping Impala" steering wheel, along with other misc items I've gathered over the past few months.
Greasing front end

Diagnosing my AC problem, and noise coming from rearend.

Then it's onto finding lowering springs and shocks, and possibly a cam.

What makes you think its a 9C1?

I think it started life as a B4U and not a 9C1. Regardless hope you enjoy it. It is the fastest color :)
