This one....

or this one....

Either one will have to be taken from another light assembly. The green one is part of a bracket that bolts to the light housing and has another green bushing on the bottom.

Long story short:
$50 new … $30 used
When it comes to headlight assemblies, better to replace in its entirety than repair pieces, in this case.

HLpivot.jpg

This part is identified as a pivot and is not used for adjustment . It is one of two.

HLleftRight.JPG

On the left is the second pivot. On the right is the Left/Right adjustment nut.

HLupDown.JPG

In this image the Up/Down adjustment screw is more visible.

For older cars auto body supply shops have the threaded plastic inserts like the green one. I do not know if this one has been reproduced. Show it to a body shop that has been in business for a while, they may help you.

You might get a very good price on a headlight with a damaged lens at a junk yard and swap the part.

If you are talking about the upper adjustment screw and nylon insert, I bought one off Ebay a few years ago when I needed one.
