Was thinking about getting hood early september but didnt want to go cowl. Im leaning towards VFN but still like the suncoast. I even considered the SLP replica hood from ST. So if you have em post em up!

Hey JOHNER956 and Crissk you guys have pics of the intake that comes along with the hood? Also VFN guys if you could show pics of the inside of the hood were the air intake box is. If i remember correctly John your intake is the one that sits ontop of the intake manifold and criss you have the airbox that sits on the rad support right?

Alright cool. I know there is a guy on here with a Black SS that has the suncoast hood. Was hoping he would chime in eventually. I will try to find his forum name.

are the VFN hoods firberglass? why doesn't anyone make a steel hood? after all the recent pics i've seen of the VFN, it starts to look amazing.

Suncoast sells the box with the hood. Its a great setup. nothing better than direct air.

I was wondering, well hoping, that the intake that JOHNER956 has will work with the VFN? the company that used to make the hoods for slp is located in warminster which is like 10 mins away from me and they still make those slp intakes.Thats why im waiting to see the underside of the VFN as well..Cris thanx for the pics
