Yep, picked mine up at AutoZone but dont think it was the Gates Part but it looks the same and fit perfect. A lot of the hose manufacturers make this part for our cars. Just look up the "Return Hose" for a Caprice with the Police Option since that is what this cooler was designed for. Really doesn't matter which brand you get since they should all pretty much fit and I would just go the least expensive and no ship option by going to the parts store of your choice.

Here is a link to the archives and if you scroll down a bit you will see info on what you need to get to install the SEO cooler/return hose. I picked up some stainless HW to mount mine and got the clamps from the Dealer.

Where the rubber hose goes up to the resevoir, I added this little filter right next to the frame rail.

EDIT - Here you go, the Standard return hose is $17 and Police return is $29 and are both Duralast Brand but fit like a Glove. I've seen the AC Delco ones for $100+ and that is just crazy when you can get something like this that works. If you use the "Rewards Program" and have 5 Credits, the hose would only cost you $10 or look around for coupons.

Sorry (not sorry) for the necro-posting, but here's one of those 'another goofy little mod I've never heard of' after even a quarter-century running these cars. I'm puking fluid and hear the return line is famous for leaking, so without even checking first and along the lines of, "thanks god I finally get to pull some maintenance on my garage queen" I'm gonna replace both hoses while I'm under there.

And the perfect opportunity to upgrade to the 9C1 cooler line.

Mine required the tubing to be bent a bit at the steering gear, and of course the addition of a couple clipping points at the radiator bottom support, but other than that it fits up nicely.
