problems with wiring harness

i want to know has anybody has had this kind of problem. the problem is that the fuel pump is not coming on. the fuse is good wires look ok. but when i turn the key to the on position im not getting a signal. like its not getting no power. so now i checked the fuse box its not getting power to fuse 4,5 & 6. then when the car is off the check gauge light stay on. not sure whats going on. has anyone had this problem?
