Second, I see a spot in the newsletter where it says something to the effect of "... mainly focusing on the '91-'96 B-bodies, but the new ISSCA is open to all Impala's, regardless of year..."

How does that affect the rules for racing and car show?

More classes. Should we get cars of different vintage they would compete amongst themselves accordingly.
