Hello, I'm putting in the rear end with posi and gear change,3.73.I have read a butt load of info on control arm's,after mkt or stock, and am still not sure which way to go.not worried about centering rear wheel as much as best handling for the $.also I noticed abig differance between the two lower arms, wt# wise and thickness of mat.the thin one had a GM sticker on it,must be just diff between new and old huh? I dont read any posts on the stock arms causing problems, should I stick with stock with all new rubber bushings or urathane? THX

The stock arms rarely cause a problem but that does not mean they are good. They are way too flexible for any serious performance use be it twisty or straight line.

For a good upgrade without breaking the bank I would look at UMI. I have BMRs and have had no problems but a few people have and the UMI setup looks the be a little better designed at a similar price. Beyond that you will pay a lot more and for most of us notice no extra performance, not that there are not better parts out there just that you would have to push pretty hard to be able to take advantage of the better designs.

My arms are poly both ends and it is fine just have to remeber to grease them occassionally.

Dwayne summed it up pretty good... the cheaper arms will do the job for many people... and they are much better than stock.

I like to think that my arms are the best out there... but for a lot of guys the extra cost is not worth the benefits gained.

It is great to see someone who offers a wonderful product realize it is overkill for most and NOT try to push it and even go so far as to say the competition is good enough for most. World would be a better place if there were more buissiness men like you. I know I for one would rather give my money to someone like that than someone trying a hard sell.

Thanks for the pat on the back Dwayne...
I'm a B-body owner first... and a vendor second.
Just like most everyone here, when I was modding my first car I didn't have piles of cash to throw at it (and still don't).

I've got a set of Chris's rear upper control arms and I'm here to tell you, you won't find a better looking or better constructed arm anywhere.
