I have a rear seat belt that is not retracting, is this an easy fix or do I have to buy a new one?

Is it just slow retracting or it really doesnt do anything? Can you help it to retract or no? Usually they just build up dirt and need to be cleaned.

Its not retracting at all, not even with a little help.

your best bet is to unbolt it and open it up to see if anything is broken or misplaced. i forget how to open it up once it's removed but its not dificult.
