Well the frame has been straightened on my baby 96 DCM, I T-Boned a Jimmy about 3 weeks ago and had frame damage on the drivers side. Im replacing the Steering Box, Pitman Arm, and the Lower Control Arm. Im looking at the sway bar, which was "Shifted" in the crash but not bent. Any recomendations as far as what Ill need to put it back to normal? Also we tore off the entire front clip because nothing was salvageable body wise, anyone have a list of bushing/mounts that Ill need or the number of them involved? The clip I bought is off a 95 Caprice and is intact so Im just going to reverse the steps as far as bolts and shim placement but my concern are the bushings for the Radiator Support going to the frame. Are these part of the famous 9C1 body bushings? Anyone know where I can get them? I really appreciate the help guys, I wanna get my baby up and running again. Id be willing to "share" the experience of tearing down the front and what to look for if anyone is interested. Thanks

Will

Three suggestions:

1. Get a parts cd. That will have exploded drawings and parts numbers. There may still be a listing in the vendors section for this.

2. Try e-mailing or private messaging SSRM on this forum (I hope he doesn't mind me "volunteering" him). He just put a Caprice front clip on his Roadmaster. It doesn't seem like it was that difficult, but I don't know the details.

3. Call Dal Slabaugh (1-800-362-9494). He'll work with you on figuring out the bushings, bolts and sleeves you'll need for the radiator support, plus the other parts you're not thinking about (whatever they are).

Good luck.
