How do I do it? Without removing engine?

I know that harmonic balancer, water pump and probably opti have to come off. That I can do no problem. Actually, it would probably be good if I could replace all seals, crank, opti and water pump.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

If you loosen the front oil pan bolts you can remove the timing cover and replace the seals with it off the car. Thats what I did with great results. Just be careful with the front oil pan seal and use some sealant on it when reassembling it. It is also a good opportunity to inspect the timing chain. Good luck!

Many thanks!

When you say loosen the front pan bolts, don't you have to loosen all the bolts along the sides of the pan to drop the pan a little? Some say you have to drop the pan a tad. Maybe you don't need to drop the pan. Not really clear to me.

Thanks, Roger

Yes you need to loosen them enough to drop the front of the pan about half an inch.
