I don’t know much about car a/c but I know residential a/c and if you changed to new compressor, condenser, evap. Should also change the liquid line filter (not sure if this applies in cars).
Then you might want to pressure test the system with nitrogen (120 psi). If it holds you let the nitrogen out, then you need to vacuum to get rid of all moisture.
Then you charge the Freon. If you only put 45 psi with the compressor off, then when you put it on the compressors starts pulling the pressure will drop and your low pressure control will cut off the compressor.
You have to keep charging Freon while the compressor is pulling and you feel the suction pipe gets cold and sweats. Might be around 30 psi with the compressor running. 45 psi with the system off is not enough freon

Good day,
Replaced the entire AC system (evaparator, compressor and condenser) added refrigerant. Still no cooling. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks!
I did the same rebuild, but kept the evaparator and condenser.Compressor turned on but never cooled. DID you flush the system?? I did not. I will flush the system this 2nd attempt. Did you flush this 26 year old AC??
