I'm having some trouble locating the end of the rear drivers side break line going to the back. It looks like it goes above the driveshaft, but I can't even see it. Has anyone replaced theirs that knows? I'm almost ready to put a compression fitting on it and call it a day!

Right above the rear end center section is where the hard line ends as it passes through a frame crossmember and connects to the rubber line that goes to the rear end. Please, no compression fitting. You CAN, however, just cut out your bad section, add unions, flare, and put in a new section.

Should be held on to the frame crossmember with some white plastic clips where it threads into a fitting on the end of a rubber line that runs from the crossmember to the rear end housing. Its a tight spot.

Like Jayoldschool said don't use compression fittings. the fitting at the flex hose is a bubble flare, not a double flare. its real easy to do using the right tool.
