How do you wire this in??
1. so it permanently by-passes the key.
2. or is it just in the remote start circuit.

If someone should show me alittle schmatic that would really help. I'm going to try to do this on Saturday.

Please don't bypass your VATS system permanently.

I don't have the schematic in a viewable format, but if it will keep people from bypassing it, I will get it into my computer.

Yeah...I'd prefer not too.... I still want the key to work... Especially after the rash of wagon thefts.

hey i work for a stereo shop. you have to test the resistor on the key with a ohm meter when you get the number you have to match it up with a resistor thats the same numbers. there is a orange cable under the dash running along the steering column wires( the main harness) inside the orange sleeve there is 2 wires cut both of them and the resistor connects both wires going to the motor side together. if you need me to you couls email me and i could email or fax you the print out on your car to do an alarm. hopes this helps
