I have owned a few 1994-1996 Roadmaster Limited Sedans. The opera lights work on all of them. I bought my first 1995 Roadmaster base sedan. I have been told only the Limiteds have working opera lights. The sedans only have the lenses but the lights are not functional. It is the case? Mine certainly do not light up so I want to make sure this is normal.

Yeah, did some research. I do NOT have the C93 option on this car. But the question remains. Can one get or not get the C93 option on either or both Limited or base models? I suspect it is all but standard on Limited, but can it be ordered on base models?
