spring ride quality

How do the ST springs ride/handle in comparison to the Global West springs? Any ideas? I happen to have a set of ST's, but from what I can tell the Global West springs are the way to go. I guess what I am asking is weather or not to get the Global West springs when I already have the ST's available.

It depends what you want. Global West springs are proper SS ride height, while ST are lowering springs. GW can be cut, but I don't know what the ride quality is like between the 2.
