Too bad you didn't try another alignment shop--exactly what did they say was the problem that dictated replacing the springs?

How may miles on the car, what year car?

NAPA guys should know that there is NO specific listing for "stock Impala" (94-96) in their catalog. What I mean is the catalog list the same part for Caprice and Impala SS. The FTY spring is the only one that was used on Impala SS (at least 95 & 96) and the ride height with any other spring is going to be higher.

That said, yours is WAY too high, and I'd be surprised if part of the problem is that the springs are not installed correctly. The spring MUST be indexed into the pocket in each lower control arm. Who did the work?

Do you have the spring PN used (from NAPA)?

Read this, too:

its a 95 with 112000 onit they said the left spindle was bent and the springs looked like they had been heated but thinking about it now it seems like the height with the original ones would have been right. i did replace the spindle also.
