Now I understand that our cars are naturally very squeaky but my front passenger door is way more squeaky than it has any right to be. Especially once you hit 70 miles an hour. It sounds like I'm popping popcorn over there.

I have brand new body mounts and suspension so that shouldn't cause the main part of the problem.

Now before I tear the door panel off and dig in does anybody have any particular places I should pay close attention to or do I just fill the whole damn thing up with foam?

With no mention of damage resulting in an actual bind, just remove the panel and related mechanicals to still allow driving, then simply attend to whatever the actual cause of the squeak is.
