I've read folks say that it's just the grille and bumper cover, and I've read folks say you also need to swap out the metal bumper support. I think you can skip the bumper support, but I'd imagine there would be a gap that you could not see, but feel if you were to kneel on that area to do maintenance.
The bumper support on the RM has a dip in it to follow the cover, and leave space for the grille. The gap with the Impala grille is about 3/4~1 inch. The support for the grille is different for the Impala as well. It does not have the extended length for the taller grille. Other than that it will bolt up.
