Just thought these might be helpful to some.

Some have thought the right bracket is simply the left flipped upside down.

If you mix up left and right the engine will not be level side to side, if you even get the through bolts in .

The locating lugs are reversed where they contact the mount .

please note the felt pen appears backward
Stamped info below

First pic shows they line up when installed as per factory
Second pic shows how far out you would be if you tried to put the right on the other way .
Side pictures show why they must stay in the correct orientation 10213125 is the left (stamped on bracket )

10213125 is the left (stamped on bracket )
the left also has that little hole drilled in it

10201937 is the right
1020 (1 missing) 937 (stamped on bracket)

This is very helpful, thanks. I had mine labeled from when I took them off, then when I painted them... well...

Do mine look to be correct? I've been wondering about this, and since you started this thread I guess now would be the time to ask.

Thanks

Thanks. Again, great post.
Is this true for all LT1s, or is it B/D specific?

"F" and "Y" are so very different in their mounting, they really have no place in this

Where do I order these brackets from?
If you are looking for 94-96 B body specific engine brackets as in my first post, I may have a set , will check tonight and PM you.

OK, to recap
10201937 is the right
1020 (1 missing) 937 (stamped on bracket)
It is the weirdo lt1 specific, upside down bracket.

10213125 is the left
While fitting the Lt1 , it is also used on a crapload of cars for L and even R. ( google it)

I only have 10201937 Right. Two of them actually.

OF COURSE you are best finding the LT1 pair from one seller.
If you get nowhere but can find a 10213125 elsewhere , I would sell one of these rights I have .
